Returns and Exchanges Policy

We are confident in the quality of our products and firmly believe that you will be more than delighted with your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned and your satisfaction is our first priority. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Free 14 Day Returns and Exchanges

At Byotto, we offer complimentary 14 day returns for a full refund or exchanges because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For eligible orders, our return policy timeline (14 days) begins on the day your order is delivered to you.

You may return or exchange your jewellery to us for the following reasons:

  • If the item is faulty due to manufacturing. (Depending on the fault, we may either repair the item, replace it or provide a refund. Refer to manufacturing faults section of this policy.)

  • Change of mind

Manufacturing Faults

If you have received a faulty item after 14 days of you receiving your order, please visit our Warranty Policy for information on how to initiate a warranty claim. You can contact us at help@byotto.com.au with the information we require, and our team will help rectify the issue as smoothly as possible.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging (with relevant paperwork).

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

  • Returns and exchanges must be posted within 7 days of approval by Byotto.

  • If the above conditions of the return are not met, we have the right to refuse the refund or exchange.

Fair for Everyone

To keep up the level of service we provide to our customers, we have to limit the number of returns and exchanges a customer can initiate to only twice per order. Terms of return and exchanges are within Byotto’s sole discretion. We appreciate your understanding!

How We Assess and Process Returns and Exchanges

All returns are inspected and assessed by our jewellery specialist to confirm the condition of the returning items are new, unused and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be issued the same way the original payment method was made and within 5-10 business days.

We will notify you when we receive and refund the item.

Returns and Exchange Process

To initiate a returns or exchange request, you must:

  1. Submit your Return and Exchange Request Form to initiate a return or exchange. We will in contact within 1 working day to confirm your return request and provide you with instructions to return your items to us.

  2. Once your return request has been approved, please follow the instructions and place the item in the original packaging in the sleeve provided. (Shipping is on us provided the return is made within 14 days). We can offer to pick up your return or exchange item if you live within 10km radius of Sydney CBD (NSW 2000) at our discretion.

  3. Upon receiving your return items, refunds and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued the same way the original payment method was made and within 5-10 business days. If you have selected to keep your store credit in your return request form, we will issue this accordingly.
