Thank you for visiting and shopping at Byotto! The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute to our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Processing Your Order

An email confirmation will be sent to your nominated email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

Order Processing Time, Production Time and Shipment Estimates.

The total estimated time between placing an order and receiving your order is 4-5 weeks. Please remember, estimated times are to be used as a guide only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. At Byotto, we champion a made to order approach, which is considered and ensures that we only produce what you want.

Order Processing Time: 1 business days after your payment is authorised.

Production Time: Up to 20 business days (4 weeks)

Each piece is made to order so please allow of up to 4 weeks for production. If there is available stock, timeframe will be shorter.

Shipping Estimate: Estimated 2-3 business days for express shipping

Stage 1: Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for production. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Stage 2: Production Time

This stage of all stages, and the general estimate of your order is produced within 20 business days. As the jewellery will be produced especially for you, we cannot accelerate the production process to send it out at an earlier date.

Stage 3: Shipping Estimates

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your parcel leaves our head office. It will include all tracking information.

To make up for the waiting time during production, Byotto offers free express shipping for all orders. Express shipping and delivery estimates will depend on the courier service we are using, and are usually 2-3 business days.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays or other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

Delays

All good things take a little time, and we endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. If for any reasons there are delays at any stage, we will contact you and provide you with updates to ensure visibility and transparency throughout the process.

Shipment Locations

Byotto currently only ship orders to Australian postal addresses and post office boxes. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your orders to the Australian address indicated on your Order Confirmation.

Damages

If there are any damages to the packaging on the delivery, contact us immediately at hello@byotto.com.au.

Free Insured Shipping and Signature Upon Delivery

For each order, shipping will be insured and covered by Byotto. To prevent any situation for missing or loss packages, you will be required to provide your signature upon delivery. For security reasons, only the person whose name is on the order confirmation will be eligible to provide their signature upon delivery. If for any reasons, you haven’t located your order, please contact us at hello@byotto.com.au to report missing or lost packages. The team will assist to resolve the issue and reach out to our courier service to lodge a lost or missing claim.
